It is the policy of the governments which is responsible for the current chaos about environmental issues. Had the Govts of the developed nations been much stringent on these issues by implementing CAP trade policy and following the Kyoto Protocal, the avg temperature of the earth would have been comparitevly lesser due to the less emission of CO2 and other greenhouse gases.
Responsibility for the environment needs to be jointly shared by the government, the civil society and the people. Essentially all contribute towards environmental degradation and all have it in their power to reduce their impact. Sharing this responsibility fairly needs everyone to own up to their role. This is something which the government by virtue of its power can facilitate.
Only discussion will not lead to any actual action, something we have seen at an international arena. It is the government's role to ensure that action is taken, civil society and people's to see that it is done fairly.
we human beings are responcible for the environment, environment is something which is our surroundings so as we are reposible for ourselves we are reponsible for our surroundings also. As when we put-on neat and clean clothes we feel good in the same way when we keep our environment neat and clean we will feel good. For that need only is to take the resposibility ...
we can start it from our home only by keeping control on the use of electricity(turn on the light when it is required and then never forget to turn-off it), water(use as much as you need dont waste it),vehicle such as cars and scooters etc. The small steps that we start taking at home will make a big change in the environment.
Blaming Government for the environment is no more a wise comment.Government has taken lotsa steps in order to stop the daily impact which is done by common public but whenever Government decides to come up with any sort of stringent measures,it is public who stands in front and start to protest. People use the resources and spread global warming as if there isnt ne coming generation, usage of petrol is one of the most importatnt example..where people least bother to invest a small amount in order to save environment, plastics have been banned by the government in order to secure the environment but that too of no use...because we people are always interested in our own safety rather than caring from the societal point of view.
It is the responsibility of each and every person living in this world to care for environment. We cannot deter away from the fact that we are the creater of the destruction of this environment. At the same time it is also the responsibility of the government to take strict actions on the industries or factories which do not follow the pollution control norms and conditions. Its also becomes a moral responsibility of the industries to use appropriate actions to cut pollutions at extreme level and to control them. So before blaming anybody else we must look at ourselves that how much we are concerned about keeping the environment safe. So its better to start the intiative from ourselves.
