Easy one :)
312 mod 13 = 1
36001 mod 13 = (312)500 * 3 mod 13 = 1* 3 mod 13 = 3
it is 3
3 6001 = 27 2000 x 3
27/13 rem =1
so rem = (1) 2000 x 3
= 3
and the ans for the puzzle is 89601
when read upside down it is 10968
difference is 78633
